About this studio

A curriculum based fitness program designed for the newest of newbs to reach aerial success. Learn to fly on aerial silks, trapeze or lyra in AerialCLT's supportive, non intimidating, beginner friendly fitness classes. AerialCLT's motto is "no pull up required". You will gain loads of strength and flexibility throughout your aerial journey with at AerialCLT. Don't wait to be in shape to get in shape!

How to prepare

What to wear: snug fitting clothes that cover the backs of your knees and midriff. You *may* be going upside down, so make sure everything is tucked safely into place (If clothing is not appropriate, participation will not be permitted due to safety.) The fabric looks comfy, but can easily burn your skin.

Mixed level class. Very attentive instructors.

Instructor was great and the concept is awesome, I just didnt get in a real workout since everyone takes turns on a limited number of trapezes. There were also long gaps in between movements when there was nothing to do at all. I left feeling like I did something cool, but could have accomplished it in 10 minutes and would have preferred to spend my workout time actually getting a workout in. Wayy too slow paced in my opinion.

What is ClassPass?
