Please bring a photo ID to enter. If you are attending a Boxing/MMA class, please bring boxing, MMA, or kickboxing gloves. The studio keeps one pair on site for first-time visitors.

It was really fun and hard but totally doable! my friend and i were the only girls but all the guys were so nice and welcoming! we loved it!

I ended up having a one on one class with Bridget who was a sub. She was great and such a patient teacher! We did tabada style circuits after boxing.

Jowamda was very helpful, but I have never experienced exercising in such a dirty looking and old place!! I wouldnt go again just for that reason, just a disappointment.
Pure Cardio with Jowanda
This is a great early workout, especially before work! Jowanda was amazing at leading the class, which was small so she was able to give lots of individual attention. One star removed because the facilities are not the best. However class with Jowanda was 5/5!

What is ClassPass?
