Instructor was super welcoming and had great energy. Good cardio workout vs serious dancing but I enjoyed it! Great for beginners and not intimidating at all (vs other intro classes that aren’t very intro)

Candice was really inviting and offered options for the workouts to suit the class and different injuries. Super patient and encouraging! Class was accessible and a great workout.
Adult: Intermediate Pilates with Blossom
This is mat Pilates and the teacher focuses a lot on form and alignment which was nice. It’s more of a classic Pilates class than the go-hard machine classes.

What is ClassPass?
