So fun and full of energy! Exactly the workout needed to unwind from the week :) perfect weekend workout!

What to expect: it’s a big room, the leader stands in the middle and the dance is semi led, meaning about 3/4 of the time you are following a move she is doing like squats, reaches, etc and the rest you are free styling. There were about 20 ppl when I went definitely felt like a safe space to dance it out!

this is not an improv dance class, it’s a fitness class. Good workout, but there is little to no actual improvisational dance involved. I wouldn’t recommend it for dancers, but it’s great for people who want to sweat and have a great time while doing so.

What is ClassPass?

ClassPass is a new kind of gym membership that grants you access to thousands of different classes at studios and gyms in your city and around the world.

Price of membership depends on your plan type and city, and you can book and explore classes ranging from yoga to barre to cycling to martial arts – the options are truly endless!

The number of classes you can take and the number of times you can visit a studio per month depends on which plan you're on.
