Please arrive early to complete our guest waiver.**Driver's License, State ID or U.S Passport must be presented at time of visit. Socks only for any of our Yoga, Barre-Fit, Pilates or MVe Chair Classes. Sneakers for all other classes.

Amazing class! Wonderful instructor, 100% recommend taking this class :)
Boxing
The room was too small and didn’t have any punching bags. Apparently the regular instructor was out sick. Whomever was filling in didn’t have a structured class at all. Wasn’t much of a workout.

Really enjoyable class. Mark is a fantastic instructor

I had so much fun in this class! The teacher is amazing an so the gym!!!

was rly fun!! class size was small and Ricky rly pays attention to the students. great workout too
The Yoga Experience
Class is small. Normally 3-5 people. Teacher is very helpful. It is more of a stretch class then yoga though. I really enjoy it. Also the locker room facilities are fantastic. Showers, sauna, steam rooms.
Boxing
Ricky is great! Really pushes you but also very understanding of different fitness levels / experience. Kept the class moving and trying different things but also spent time correcting form, etc
Tae Kwon Do
The instructor was extremely attentive and helped me with some one on one time.

Ricky is so nice and encouraging, helped with form and the pace of the class is challenging
HIIT MIX
This class was fantastic! Very high energy and exactly what I needed to get back into the routine exercise after a long sedentary winter. LJ was great!
