Please arrive early to complete our guest waiver.**Driver's License, State ID or U.S Passport must be presented at time of visit. Socks only for any of our Yoga, Barre-Fit, Pilates or MVe Chair Classes. Sneakers for all other classes.

Tony was brilliant. A great workout.
The Yoga Experience
There was a major expectations mismatch with this class - there wasnt anything related to yoga in this class other than an optional yoga mat. The class was mostly spent doing stretches and ab exercises on an exercise ball. The instructor comments were strange and it was unclear what body part we were supposed to be working at a given time. I basically feel as though I didnt get a workout this morning. I think the class was a substitute though as it was a female instructor - not Mark.
Total Body Conditioning
I recently resumed exercising after a one-month period of idleness. This class was the perfect level of challenge to get back into the swing of things. Instructor targets every area (ie. arms, shoulders, chest, core, gluten and legs) using floor exercises, weights, and machinery. He also provides individual feedback to ensure all maximize the workout. Great overall!

Kit was great! He made sure everyone was always comfortable and was very encouraging as opposed to being too aggressive. Will definitely be taking this class again!

Talisa is amazing. Dont pay attention to the low ratings people give this class. Shes no nonsense - its a boot camp class. As soon as you get in there you get to work. There are practically no breaks so the pace is fast. If you want to take breaks you can but its great to know that the whole hour is dedicated to a full body intense work out. I love it. Straight to the point!
