About this studio

Just Like OM is a wellness studio offering a variety wellness services including Pilates Reformer, Pilates Mat and Vinyasa Yoga classes. Our mission is to provide custom wellness solutions, small group classes, holistic wellness and health coaching, pre/postnatal fitness and health, labor support doula services, Baby & me classes, Thai Yoga bodywork, and workshops. We want our studio to feel like home, where everyone is welcome into our beautiful space and becomes part of our OM Family. We are client focused and believe that each path is different and that community, love, and health are important in addressing all aspects of ones life.

How to prepare

The studio is located on the North side of 25th St. between 6th and 7th Avenues. Look for the bright purple doorway! Entrance is unlocked M-F 8am to 6pm. All other times please use call box to the Left of the door and select Just Like OM (Doorcode: 010) and we can buzz you up. We are located on the 8th Floor directly in front of the elevator. Please wear comfortable yoga or exercise clothes. Wearing slightly form fitting clothing is advised so that the instructor may provide alignment cues and corrections. Water, Towels and Mats provided.

How to get there

Just Like OM is located at 147 W 25th St #802 in NoMad. Near FIT and Wholefoods between 6th and 7th Avenues. We are conveniently located near: F, M trains @ 23rd St & 6th Ave 1 train @ 23rd or 28th St & 7th Ave Path Train 23rd St & 6th Ave Also near by: R, W trains @ 28th & Broadway C, E trains @ 23rd & 8th Ave

Bit too easy. Wish we’d used lighter weights & more repetition. Too much time wasted transitioning between moves on the reformer. Not cohesive at all. But instructor was sweet, asked who had injuries & fixed form.
