About this studio

Jamie Scott Fitness is a boutique-style gym offering unique group fitness classes, personal training, and nutrition services. JSF takes “A Different Approach to Wellness,” offering effective, results-driven programming that keeps you motivated as you continually strive toward your personal goals. Try out a variety of classes including Interval, circuit, and strength training, as well as cycling and yoga, all taught by some of the best motivators in Charlotte!

How to prepare

Jame Scott Fitness is equipt with showers and complimentary toiletries; towels are provided. For all of their classes, they ask that you wear comfortable athletic wear and bring water. For cycling classes, they encourage you to bring cycling shoes equipped with SPD cleats. Please note that cycling shoes are not required, but suggested. Shoes are available for rent or purchase. For yoga classes and classes that incorporate core work, they suggest bringing your own mat. Mats are also available for rent.

How to get there

Jamie Scott Fitness is conveniently located at the corner of W Tremont Ave and Hawkins St. Parking is available in the Design Center garage, adjacent to their studio on Doggett St. 90-minute parking validations are provided, so please bring your ticket with you.

Class was good, at the beginning I thought she was going too easy on us but by the end I was covered in sweat and ready for class to end. Lots on arm work and coordination.

David was great and pushed me past my comfort zone - personal training level difficulty at a class pass price! Prepare for muscle fatigue!

It was an early morning, but the beginning of the class felt very disjointed and there was no sort of warm up. I appreciated that the class was all set up to my arrival, that was awesome.

this class kicked my butt (...and arms...and legs...) in the best way. this was my first class at this studio and really enjoyed everything. loved the instructor, Lindsay, too..high energy and helpful to newbies like myself.

Amazing workout with David - it was so challenging but engaging. I DEFINITELY felt it immediately after class. Cant wait to go again next week!
ABS + HYPERICE RECOVERY with David
David was super friendly and the workout environment was clean & welcoming. Wasnt the most difficult workout, and half the class was devoted to the hyperice (which is in the class description, so totally fair) but wish it was a bit more of a workout! Fun class though! Will be going again.

Lindsey was awesome! Motivating and very knowledgeable!
