About this studio

HIIT2fit is Malaysia's First Live Heart Rate Tracking fitness studio offering rhythmic indoor cycling & HIIT circuit training classes. Our heart rate monitored workouts are designed to maintain a target zone that boosts metabolism, increases energy, burn fat & build lean muscle mass. You can expect to burn up calories in our 45 minute HIIT classes and keep burning calories for up to 36 hours; we call it “Afterburn”. Each studio is equipped with nightclub quality sound system and is led by highly trained and motivating instructors to ensure you “HIIT” your best!

How to prepare

Please arrive 15 minutes before your class. Due to safety precautions and for respect of the class, latecomers will be denied entry. All classes are paired with heart rate monitoring technology to ensure you're "HIIT"-ing all the right zones for improved aerobic fitness, lean muscle development and optimal fat burn! *Note: Shower Towel Rental = RM5

How to get there

We are facing the main road of Publika (Jalan Dutamas 1). Same row as Papparich; all the way down towards the office building.

Great energy from Emily. Love the dedication. Thank you! However... the bikes are in very bad conditions. Rusty, noisy and could be dangerous! As a studio that ClassPass promotes, I think HIIT2fit can do much better.

What is ClassPass?

ClassPass is a new kind of gym membership that grants you access to thousands of different classes at studios and gyms in your city and around the world.

Price of membership depends on your plan type and city, and you can book and explore classes ranging from yoga to barre to cycling to martial arts – the options are truly endless!

The number of classes you can take and the number of times you can visit a studio per month depends on which plan you're on. You can figure out which plan you're on by going to your Account Settings and looking under 'Your current plan.' With hundreds of studios in our ever-growing network, you're bound to always find a new class to enjoy. When your cycle renews, you can go back and revisit those favorites yet again!
