90 minute Combo Class
I will not be returning. It was a waste of time and credits. On the instructor’s end, there was a huge lack of organization, skill, motivation, and even counting for each exercise. I’m very unhappy with my experience.
Barre class
Did get a workout in but not very traditional Barre. More of a mixed method class.
Pilates/Barre/Abdominal
This class was intimate and small around 6 students. We worked hard doing abdominal, Pilates and Barre exercises. Very good I would go again.

This class was a good workout but the staff was not very helpful.

I would be very surprised if this woman actually has a certification in anything let alone barre. There were uneven reps, poor form, poor teaching altogether really as well as terrible equipment. Definitely feel that as a student I could have taught the class better and I'm not an instructor
