The workouts at fulcrum are always really good but the energy of the classes is surprisingly mellow. I often feel like I’m not getting a great workout because I’m not dying during the class but I’m always super sore the next day.

Fulcrum Fitness believes that healthy people are happy people. Get a dose of healthy and increase your happiness factor by attending one of their renowned boot camps or cycle classes? More fun than any fitness class and more effective than traditional gym workouts, Fulcrum Boot Camps are scientifically designed to burn calories, build strength and increase endurance. Their small class sizes allow them to focus on your specific needs, making sure you're doing only the exercises that are right for your body.

How to prepare

Get ready to get fit, kick ass, and have fun in all of our Fulcrum classes! Please arrive at the studio 10 minutes before class to fill out any paperwork. For ALL classes please bring a water bottle and a towel cause you’re gonna get sweaty! We do have filtered water system so you can refill. For cycle class wear hard-soled tennis shoes or SPD-clip cycle shoes (we don’t offer rentals at this time). For yoga bring a mat. For barre wear ballet wraps, sticky socks, or bare feet. For training, wear your cross-trainers, free of mud.

How to get there

How can I get to the B-Side location? We are located at 1925 W. Burnside St. in The Civic Complex between Burnside St and Morrison St on 18th right across the street from Providence Park (Go Thorns! Go Timbers! RCTID!) We are centrally located near TriMet bus service (routes 15, 51, 63, 20) and TriMet MAX (Red and Blue lines get off at the Providence Park station) Where can I park? There is a parking garage on Morrison St. between 18th and 20th on the right hand side. We validate parking up to 90 minutes, get your stamp at the front desk.

What is ClassPass?

ClassPass is a new kind of gym membership that grants you access to thousands of different classes at studios and gyms in your city and around the world.

Price of membership depends on your plan type and city, and you can book and explore classes ranging from yoga to barre to cycling to martial arts – the options are truly endless!

The number of classes you can take and the number of times you can visit a studio per month depends on which plan you're on.
