About this studio

Flow Lab is a boutique yoga and fitness studio that was designed to bring multiple modalities of movement under one roof. While they are heavily yoga based, they also offer cardio strength yoga, as well as HIIT classes focusing on strength, cardio and plyometrics. Classes are offered in heated and non-heated formats.

How to prepare

Wear comfortable workout clothing for all classes. Please bring clean, indoor, athletic shoes for HIIT classes. Please arrive 10-15 minutes early in order to get set up.

I showed up as a beginner never having done hot yoga. I know what it is now and wow did I get the workout of a lifetime. People are nice there, too. It made me feel good, especially since I am reaaaally out of shape and I was semi anxious being there. I think I will be trying their normal temp yoga class next time!

What is ClassPass?

With hundreds of studios in our ever-growing network, you're bound to always find a new class to enjoy. When your cycle renews, you can go back and revisit those favorites yet again!
