Power Vinyasa
Be aware this class is actually 90 minutes, not an hour! Luckily it’s Saturday so it didn’t matter. Great class, very challenging and sweaty, good energy and instruction. It was also PACKED, so if that’s not your thing then it may be worth skipping on weekends.

What is ClassPass?
