About this studio

Voted Best Cycling Studio in Charlotte for the 2017 Best of the City Awards and Best Barre Studio in 2016, First Wind Cycling and Fitness is a small funky fitness studio in South End offering indoor cycling, barre, kickboxing, yoga, and strength classes. Unique fusion classes give you a fun full body workout by combining cycling/barre, cycling/strength, and cycling/kickboxing. Classes are taught at a perceived level of exertion for all fitness levels and modifications are always given!

How to prepare

The studio has cycling shoes for students to borrow as well as towels and water. All of these amenities are available at no charge! (Insider's Tip: The bikes MOVE!) NOTE: If a user is not present within 5 minutes of the start of class, the waitlist will open up and another member may claim that seat.

Such a great way to start your day fully energized & on an exercise high. I love their combination classes. Its a nice mix of spinning & kickboxing. I love the video while on the bikes & being able to simulate turning into the curves. All of the kickboxing was partner work so would be fun to do with a friend, or on your own & meet someone new.
