How to prepare

⤃ Gripped socks are required for Lagree Fitness and FireBarre classes. ⤃ Bring a small towel for class (more if you plan to shower). ⤃ No glass water bottles. There is a purified water bottle filling station. ⤃ Wear form-fitting, comfortable workout clothes. ⤃ Sneakers are the norm in Urban Row and Full Tilt Cycling classes ⤃ The bikes also are SPD clip compatible for cycling shoes, which can be rented for $2 ⤃ Rings damage our Megaformers. You will be required to take off your rings and put them in the cup.

How to get there

Allow ample time for parking, especially for evening weekday classes. Street parking is available on a limited basis and varies depending on the time of day. Mon-Sat: free before 8 AM and after 7 PM. Sun: free before 1 PM. The following are pay parking lots, which are a 5-minute walk from the studio: • REI garage: 1405 NW Johnson Street ($3 evenings and weekends) • Brewery Blocks garage: NW 12 or 13th between Couch and Davis (2-hour validation for Whole Foods) There is ample bike parking and public transportation available.

Never done it before, arrived early but didnt get any intro to the machine. The instructions were fairly easy to follow and spent time seeing what others were doing during class to follow. Will definitely take a few class to get the hang of it. It can be as hard or as easy as you want to make it. I wouldnt call this a cardio class. Overall great space and nice studio.

Loved the workout!! Did not love the super loud music, which forced the teacher to use speakerphones.

I love Abigail but Im not a fan of the cheater countdowns. If we have 10 seconds left but count down in 3 seconds and skip numbers, I end up not trusting the instructor and as a result leave some energy on the table because I dont know when I can/cant go all out.

As this was my first Lagree class and instructor didnt bother to check in prior to the class, not knowing much of how to operate Lagree platform, i pretty much had to navigate my own way by mimicking my neighbor throughout the class . I would rather take my time and money somewhere else where the people seemed to show more care.
