How to prepare

⤃ Gripped socks are required for Lagree Fitness and FireBarre classes ⤃ Bring a small towel for class (more if you plan to shower) ⤃ No glass water bottles. There is a purified water bottle filling station. ⤃ Wear form-fitting, comfortable workout clothes ⤃ Sneakers are the norm in Urban Row and Full Tilt Cycling classes ⤃ The bikes also are SPD clip compatible for cycling shoes, which can be rented for $2 ⤃ Please leave jewelry (rings, bracelets) at home, as it damages equipment

How to get there

Allow ample time for parking, especially for evening weekday classes. Street parking is available on a limited basis and varies depending on the time of day. Mon-Sat: free before 8 AM and after 7 PM. Sun: free before 1 PM. The following are pay parking lots, which are a 5-minute walk from the studio: • REI garage: 1405 NW Johnson Street ($3 evenings and weekends) • Brewery Blocks garage: NW 12 or 13th between Couch and Davis (2-hour validation for Whole Foods) There is ample bike parking and public transportation available.

Johnna was very welcoming and offered personalized attention. As a first-timer I was intimidated but it was GREAT! Difficult but I was able to follow along and modify to make it possible to keep up. Ill definitely be back!
FireBarre with Kate
Major cocaine vibes. Spazzy music at an intolerable volume while you're trapped in a windowless box and the instructor is screaming instructions. None of the beauty or joint protection of real ballet.

I really enjoyed Johnnas energy, but wasnt a big fan of the moves she had planned. It lacked intensity and cardio. I feel like the moves were geared to make me more bulky opposed to lean.

This class was fun but not as challenging as I would have liked. As a first time rower, it also would have been nice to get more of an explanation from the instructor on rowing form/how to track distance with the machine.

This class continues to be the hardest workout Ive done! I love the slow controlled music. Just wish the music was a bit louder!
