Lagree 45 with Cari
Very clean, spacious and pleasant staff. There seemed to be too many sequences and transitions to add or remove Springs which made it a bit hard to follow along.
Lagree 45 with Cate
SO SO SO GOOD.

Great burn! A lot of instruction that can be challenging to follow but I’ve only been to a few classes
Triple Threat with Amanda
A really great workout and Amanda’s a great instructor!
Lagree 45 with Cate
Cate gave lots of attention & and made this rookie feel comfortable.
Lagree 45 with Cari
It was a relatively challenging class, but it wasn’t welcoming at all to New students. They transitioned through each move extremely quickly and there was no thorough explanation on how to do the move or how to use the machine. I was told to just watch the girl next to me to try and keep up.
Lagree 45 with Kayla
Good workout as always
Lagree 45 with Sheila
Fun, upbeat class, helpful adjustments. Instructor was great, but I couldn’t understand a word she said into her mic — music was quite loud, room was echoey. Without verbal cues, was frustrating not knowing what to do next; had to follow along by just copying what everyone else was doing.
Lagree 45 with Kayla
Never really broke a sweat
Urban Row with Cody
I definitely got an awesome sweaty workout and I will be back, but it was impossible to hear the instructor and she wasn’t very motivating. I appreciated she helped me with form since it was my first class, but a little more excitement and energy from her would have made the class much better.
