How to prepare

Socks required for exhale Barre. Sneakers required for exhale HIIT + Cardio classes. NEW GUESTS should show up at least 10 minute prior to class to get acquainted with the workout. Guests not permitted 10 minutes after class start time. No late entrants in exhale HIIT.

Wish the music was more current than weird techno lol but great class. Pretty similar flow to the other barre class I took last week, so if you take a class here multiple times you’ll know roughly what to expect. Class starts on the mat doing warm ups, plank series, then arm series, then moves over to the barre for legs and glutes, then back to the mat utilizing the barre for abs and more glutes. Super challenging if you’re a beginner though. I took a 4-month break from this class and noticed it was a little easier for me than the first time I took it. Be prepared to shake, sweat, and be sore!

What is ClassPass?
