How to prepare

Socks required for exhale Barre. Sneakers required for HIIT, HIIT 30 + Cardio. Guests not permitted 10 minutes after start. No late entrants in HIIT, HIIT 30, Cardio or Chill Yoga. Phones are not permitted inside our yoga and barre studios.

How to get there

Complimentary hotel valet parking is available, or call 214-370-5800 to obtain a code to self-park in the garage.

Great challenging class! Ive done yoga for 20 years and I still learned new poses in this class! Instructor was very personable too!

Definitely worked up a sweat. Kind of hard to hear the instructor in the back though.

Challenging class. I do think this class should be titled advanced yoga rather than power yoga. I think power yoga usually indicates a high intensity yoga or yoga with cardio involved, whereas this class was really just a normal flow with some advanced poses.

Catherine is a great teacher, and this class never disappoints...by the end your core, legs, rear, arms, and back will be sore!!

My first class with Nicole; she did not disappoint! Welcomed me right away, learned my name, and asked if I needed any special consideration during class. Her class was a nice mix of things Im used to in other Exhale classes plus new stuff Ive never done before. Im looking forward to feeling sore tomorrow! Ill definitely go back to Nicole!
