Centrally located next to The Highland Dallas, Exhale’s Dallas flagship location offers award-winning fitness classes. Spacious fitness studios host a daily schedule of Barre, Cardio, Yoga, and HIIT classes. Shop the fully-stocked boutique, and get settled in well-amenitized changing rooms before or after class. Then relax in the expansive suite of Exhale spa therapy rooms where they offer massage, facials, acupuncture, nails and waxing.

How to prepare

Socks required for exhale Barre. Sneakers required for exhale HIIT + Cardio classes. NEW GUESTS should show up at least 10 minute prior to class to get acquainted with the workout. Guests not permitted 10 minutes after class start time. No late entrants in exhale HIIT.

How to get there

Complimentary hotel valet parking is available, or call 214-370-5800 to obtain a code to self-park in the garage.

Can’t say anything bad about this class. Catherine always has new material and content and finds new ways to push us. This is a very dynamic, athletic barre class that will challenge you. This is always a bright spot in my week!

Challenging class! Instructor was very helpful at correcting my form (I’m new to barre type classes). Only thing - I wish there were mirrors inside the classroom. It’s hard to notice your form is off if you can’t see yourself.

Beginner level. No mirrors in the room where you take class. Nice locker room.

Great class! Blends body weight resistance, weights, core, and lower body work to sculpt and strengthen. It’s a nice lunch-time break and usually burns about 300 Calories. You will definitely feel it in your legs, glutes, and abs!

What is ClassPass?

ClassPass is a new kind of gym membership that grants you access to thousands of different classes at studios and gyms in your city and around the world.

The number of classes you can take and the number of times you can visit a studio per month depends on which plan you're on.
