About this studio

Combining metabolic, strength, cardio, and interval training, the EXCEED workout will drive and inspire you to get fit, stay fit, and be at your best every day. Exceed classes are constantly varied and individually designed by athlete instructors to provide our clients with the safest and most effective calorie burning, strength building workouts. Using tools such as (but never limited to) TRX, kettlebells, rowers, body weight exercises, BOSU balls, High Intensity Interval Training, medicine balls, and jump ropes, the Exceed workout is constantly evolving to work your muscle with your heart and your heart with your muscle. In small group sessions, our instructors give individual attention to each athlete for a full body, high intensity, cardio and strength workout.

Justin was awesome - fun and challenging class, mixed it up throughout, rowed in ways I hadnt before, maximizing the total body workout. He also paid the right amount of personal attention. Will definitely go back!!

Feels like Exceed keeps going downhill. Im not sure why this instructor wont write the moves on the whiteboard - especially with EMOMs where he doesnt repeat the instructions beyond the first time. He also always messes up the number of people versus stations. Lately its felt like the instructors make it up as they go along- I think thats why their clientele has moved on to places like fhitting room and others - they are just more structured and serious.

What is ClassPass?
