About this studio

Our contemporary gym area promotes body weight exercise with top of the line equipment including TRX training systems, Keiser, gym RAXX rig, full dumbbell and kettlebell rack, 20 yards of turf, sled, med balls, jam balls, plyo boxes and more. We offer various strength training classes including one-on-one training, semi-private training, boot camp, yoga classes, and open gym hours where individuals can work out on their own. Further, we offer specialized programs including pregnancy fitness, pre-surgery and post physical therapy, youth sports and senior fitness. Our coaches are certified in various sports and physical therapy modalities. Evolve Athletic Club takes a custom approach for each member constructing an individualized workout and recovery regimen ensuring injury prevention.

Great workout--They kept things varied enough so you didn't get bored but I felt like I got a solid workout in after 60 minutes. Instructor was enthusiastic and helpful but not over the top. Would go again!

this class was ok. I really like the facility and it seems like they have alot of variety of equipment. this class makes you break a sweat but I wasn't particularly tired after class. there were only two rounds of each circuit with 30 second exercise for about 6 exercises before break which I don't think is enough. also the weighted exercise at the end was pretty weak and I think the recommended weight was not appropriate for everyone for the type of exercise done.

Do not come to this class without gloves. My hands are still red and sore from having to do a lot of floor work on a green turf. The workout was a good sweat and mixed up circuit training.

Trainer was good in his motivation and ability to teach the excesses. But needs improvement on organization/set up of the class. Having multiple people workout on a bench in intervals leaves sweat behind. Pretty gross to workout there immediately after. This was my only gripe

What is ClassPass?
