About this studio

EunoiaFit (you-noy-ya) works directly with clients to ensure that they meet and exceed their fitness and nutrition goals. Services include, but are not limited to HIIT, functional training, weight training,group training, and boot camps. Most classes are circuit style or self-paced strength and conditioning classes. You will use muscles you didn’t even know you had! There are no shortcuts, just hard work and dedication.

full body is a killer workout, very strange location and wasn’t very many people so lots of one on one time

Don’t get me wrong this class is a WORK OUT, you’ll sweat and feel great...however, I did not like the set up of the class one bit. She demonstrates exercises in each circuit very quickly, and you just do them on your own, felt very awkward for me. you also have to count your own reps of each exercise in each circuit on your own too. The music never really went on beat with the exercises and it was so difficult for me to count and keep the beat with the work out. This may work for some, but I need classes where the instructor is doing the exercises with you keeping you motivated, counting, and have some amazing beats to keep the energy up. Unfortunately this class fell flat for me. The equipment also wasn’t cleaned after we were done, I’m hoping she did this on her own since we weren’t instructed to wipe anything down. Nonetheless, still a good work out. Thank you!

Thanks for your feedback. All mats are cleaned by clients if wipes are available or by me (with spray) if we run out if wipes. If you are looking for an instructor to lead a work out with you to a beat...you might like Grit fitness classes. However, I dont think they make their clients wipe down the weights after every class either. Thanks for coming!

Intimate studio, great trainer, parking, lockers, trainer will work with you and make modifications as needed. Will be back for sure.

First time at EunoiaFit and will def continue to come back! Challenging workout but at your own pace throughout the moves so your not too winded. Instructor was super nice and gave good tips on form.

What is ClassPass?
