Aerial Conditioning with Carmen
I liked the studio, and instructor and other studio employees were friendly and welcoming. The aerial conditioning class was structured like a circuit class, which I didnt enjoy.
Lyra (Aerial Hoop) - Intro with Ute
Teacher was great, for a first time student I was intimidated but she made everyone feel included.
Lyra (Aerial Hoop) - Level 2 & 3 with Cristina
Lyras either set too low or too high, no in between. No structure to class, just "whatever you guys want to work on"... I'd go to open gym/Lyra if that's what I was looking for.
Aerial Silks - Intro (No Drops) with Raymond
Aerial silks are different from any other type of fitness activity I've tried and I really enjoyed it. Raymond the instructor is top notch. He has a professional background in circus performance and ballet, and you'll be able to tell as a student in his class. At the same time, he is patient and good with coaching beginners.
Aerial Yoga with Carmen
This class has a great teacher but the music was awkward with a yoga class and since the people downstairs were talking the entire time it was challenging to hear her. Also since the lights were on downstairs it was incredible bright
Aerial Yoga with Carmen
Carmen was great!
Spinning Pole - Intro with Sophia
Overall I like the studio and the class but the instructor was really distracted during the class.
Flexibility with Taylor
Great energy and a fabulous instructor. Just what I wanted -- a nice stretch!
