East River Pilates offers athletic, technical, and feel-good workouts for total body conditioning. Their mission is to empower, educate, and inspire all people through the life changing benefits of Pilates. With three beautiful studio locations in Williamsburg, they offer over 200 classes per week, featuring: - Mat Pilates - Reformer Pilates - Springboard Pilates - Prenatal and Postnatal Pilates and Yoga - Baby + Me Pilates - Cardio + Condition - Stretch + Lengthen With exceptional instruction, relevant programming, and a supportive community, East River Pilates is dedicated to helping people successfully reach their fitness goals, in Brooklyn and beyond.

How to prepare

For hygiene and safety purposes, socks are required for Equipment classes. Bathrooms and cubbies available. Boxed water, coconut water and nutrition bars for sale. PRENATAL: From your second trimester onwards (from week 13): You are permitted to join ONLY Prenatal classes POSTNATAL: If you've had a baby in the past 12 months, please be reminded that you must obtain permission from your obstetrician, GP, or midwife before commencing Postnatal Pilates. If you are more than 5 minutes late ERP kindly ask that you reschedule.

Best class to stretch, lengthen and take care of your muscles. Brian is the absolute best pilates instructor with his extensive knowledge about the body, the muscles and what’s good for you, his humorous positive attitude and attentiveness.

annie is great, hilarious and full of energy but also leads the type of class where you feel sore the next day in the good way

Tough workout. This was my second pilates class ever. Annie was very helpful with correcting me throughout the class. I was able to get a lot of individualized attention because of the small class size. This is great for beginners but still challenging enough for people who are more advanced. It really targeted all the muscles I wanted to focus on and I even found some new muscles that I didn't know I had.

What is ClassPass?
