Please bring your own yoga mat and towel to class. If you do not have them, Dou Yoga has them available for rent: Jade and Manduka Yoga Mats for rent at $2, Towels for $1. Please arrive at least 5 minutes before class begins.

Kate is a wonderful, engaging instructor with a lot of knowledge. Her cueing is great, sequence is great, with just the right amount of mind/body/heart connection to make this class a stealth strength builder that feeds the soul.

The instructor had great energy. Unfortunately I thought there could have been more focus on alignment instruction. A nice,moderate yoga session if you already have good form. Definitely built some heat with a proper cool down.

What is ClassPass?
