Cycling shoes and towels will be provided. Please remember to bring water. Bottled mineral water is available to buy.

Digme Fitness Blackfriars is situated in Blackfriars Rail Station (north side of the river), upstairs next to platform 2.

Instructor Georgie was amazing, think as I do it more the moves won’t be as chaotic as it is fast to keep up with if you’re not sure what you’re doing!

It was ok... lots of hopping around on 1 foot or balancing. Not sure I fancied being a flamingo that early and meant you didn’t have to work all that hard really. Could probably utilise skill mill better and have less time doing the same stuff across 3 workout areas.

good class, but they've really been pushing the limits of numbers recently. I also found this instructor isn't great at helping people or setting personal goals, he instead says stuff like "you should all be at this speed" or "you should be at this weight" which frankly doesn't account for different levels in a class or help you improve week by week.

What is ClassPass?
