About this studio

Yoga, Indoor Cycling, Cycling, Barre Yoga, Barre, Mat Pilates, Pilates, Trampoline, Strength Training DEFINE body and mind’s mission is to educate people on how to become their absolute best. They believe that physical strength, length and balance impact both states of mind and being. How to prepare

Feel free to bring water and/or socks, however they are also available for purchase. Rev (cycle) shoes are available for rent for $3. Towels, mats, etc are provided. Multiple showers, bathroom stalls, shampoo/conditioner, body and face wash are for your use in women and men locker room style bathrooms. Please arrive 15 minutes prior to allow time for parking and paperwork if it is your first time at DEFINE MG.

How to get there

Park behind the West building and enter from the double doors in the back. DEFINE MG is located on the 2nd story on the far right above Dish Society (suite 255). Plenty of parking is available, but the location of the entrance can be tricky. Give yourself an extra 5 minutes if you are a first-timer.

DEFINE’s hammock is the best way to stretch relax on a Saturday. Plus, DEFINE: Memorial Green is the most beautiful studio in Houston. Hands down. If you’ve never tried it, sign up. You will leave feeling refreshed, balanced and ready to start your day. 100% recommend this class for anyone looking to stretch, especially those who don’t love yoga.
DEFINE mind - hammock with Leslie
Leslie is a terrific instructor — very welcoming and supportive! She created a calm, relaxing vibe. I love the combination of ball rolling, hammock, and traditional yoga poses to relax, restore, relieve tension, and stretch the body. This class is the perfect compliment to my regular routine of strength and cardio. I left class feeling as though I was floating/walking on air. Leslie educated us about the benefits of each movement throughout class — I love knowing that I did something so good for my body! Will definitely come back for more!

What is ClassPass?
