About this studio

Cyklus is the smartest way to train in the 604 hood. They specialize in spin and TRX. Combined, they are a legit full body workout. Everything you do at Cyklus is tracked in the cloud and emailed to you so you can see your progress and keep yourself accountable! All of their workouts are high intensity and low impact based on the best sports science research. You will not find bike pushups here! You will find workouts designed to give you a challenging workout with the lowest risk of injury. To get the most out of your Cyklus Ride, their data cloud needs your gender, weight, age, and height. How to prepare

Sweat towels, shower towels and shoes are provided. Please make sure you arrive at least 15 minutes early if you do not have SPD shoes so you can try on a few different pairs. For TRX classes, be sure to bring regular sneakers! Glass water bottles are not permitted.

How to get there

Right in the stadium district across Expo BLVD from Parq, you can also access the studio via the stairs in Terry Fox Plaza at the foot of Robson Street. Challenging cardio on the bikes, transition to core/stretch on Mats was very smooth as staff were very effective and helpful

first time taking a spin class and I wasn't given any instructions on which gears to use even though I told them i was new. I was confused throughout the workout. I'm assuming if I knew what was going on then I would've had a great workout.
Response from the studio:
Sounds like you need to take our free intro class! Our classes are power based, and once you understand your power zones you will never need gears again. It's free on Saturdays at 3:30.

Got a good sweat on but not a super welcoming environment if you are new to cycling. Minimal instruction on how to properly use the gears and bike but still can get a good sweat on.

It was definitely tough and not a set-up I was used to. I didn’t love my watts and RPMs displayed for the class. But! The facility was great and the instructor was inspiring. Not my fav workout ever, but just because it’s not a setup I’m used to. I’ll definitely give it a try again though!

What is ClassPass?
