How to prepare

ID is required for check-in. Group Fitness classes - arrive at least 15 mins early to claim your spot. 14 mins before class, Crunch will start releasing non-checked in spots to waitlisted members. Gym time - check in as early as 15 mins early. Bring spin shoes for cycling class. Users can also wear sneakers to spin as all bikes have cages. Bring a lock to store belongings. Instructors are subject to change. For the latest instructor info please check Crunch.com or call the club directly.

Great facility and plenty of machines
ZUMBA® with Zuta
For Zumba with Zuta:Great music. Energetic instructor. A good mix of Latin to Hip hop to Pop music. Warning: the instructor does not cue during the class you just have to follow her and imitate as best as possible. You'll have to go a few times to catch onto the choreo like the regulars.

Enjoyed the general layout and cleanliness, although the cardio equipment sits on a slanted floor so you always feel as though youre running downhill, even at an incline. And they have 1 water fountain amongst the 3 floors I worked out on which I could find.
Vinyasa Yoga with Emmanuelle
workout was great. verbal message was supportive of mental and emotional health as well. a little hard to hear instructions with volume of music from back row. overall good experience, I would come back.

Buff Yoga with Leidy
Leidy was awesome. Excellent and attentive instructor, just enough personal guidance to reassure you and she did the entire practice herself so you could easily follow along. Nice blend of weights and yoga, where you felt like you got a good mix of both. Managed to sweat and huff and puff.

Wasnt a beginners class. Found it moved too fast and instructions were complicated
