Gym Time
My go to gym on Classpass. No one was hogging the one squat rack today fortunately.
Ass & Abs with Jamie
Jamie is an incredible, attentive instructor. I destroyed both of my knees, one is taped, and he showed me modifications for all the things I couldnt do. Thanks Jamie!
Gym Time
Nice spacious gym. Check in always gives you a hard time if your on CP which is really annoying.
Ass & Abs with Kristin
Basic/beginner class, half of class was pelvic tilts and explanations how to do exercises.
Gym Time
Love this gym but today was not good because they were vacuum cleaning while some of us were working out. It was 11am on Sunday. The gym had decent number of people. They were spreading the dust into air and using a bad smelling cleaning supply (vinegar like odor) to wipe the machine. I appreciate them cleaning, but maybe during off hours or one hour before gym ends or opens
Yoga Sculpt with Leidy
Awesome class, with great sequences and a beautiful balance of intensity and flow.
Gym Time
Great gym. Great machines
Chisel with Kristin
Such a great class that leaves me feeling like I got a great workout in a short amount of time. And Kristin is a fantastic teacher - genuinely fun and explains things with care. Perfect way to start the week!
Mash Up: Zumba® vs Hard Knocks with Zuta
the concept zumba vs hard knocks is cool. I like the combination of these two styles of dance. However I think the experience levels of the two instructors needs to match. Loved Zuta but whoever taught the zumba portion needed to practice their choreo a bit before teaching it to the class. The class seemed lost during the Zumba portion as a result.
Yoga Unplugged with Lila
