About this studio

Core 7 integrates 7 Fundamentals of Fitness and brings them into one full platform. Perfect for any fitness level. At Core 7, fitness is not about being better than your neighbor, it’s about pushing yourself to be better than you were before. They believe in seeing the whole picture. The key to success in the journey to the optimal you is maintaining a balanced focus on these key fundamentals, while doing what you love and having fun. How to prepare

They recommend a full sized towel and/or yoga mat, a water bottle, and of course, your amazing self. Most clients wear yoga-type fitness apparel. Just be comfortable. They would suggest that if you wear shorts, make sure they are not too short. Classes include a lot of bending and moving. They certainly don’t want you to have any unexpected surprises. They are also a no shoe studio. That means, you will be working out in socks, or bare feet.

How to get there

Take the 10600 South exit from I-15 and head west to Redwood Road. Turn Left. About a block down, hang a right. Next door to (north of) Les Schwab Tires.

Challenging, tiring class but a great workout and good supportive people!

I loved this class. Chelsie was an amazing teacher. She made sure I did the poses correctly. Great legs, abs and arms workout. It was definitely challenging for me. I got a really great full Body workout with stretching at the end. I’m impressed. Would love to do this workout at least once or twice a week.

Really great class, one of the more challenging ones Ive been to. I wish I had more help setting up and grabbing everything I needed (bands, weights etc), as I just guessed based on everyone else. Be ready to completely burn out your muscles!

What is ClassPass?

ClassPass is a new kind of gym membership that grants you access to thousands of different classes at studios and gyms in your city and around the world.
