Lean on them while the rest of this crazy world leans on you. Maven STRONG's state-of-the-art studio is founded on conscious movement across three essential pillars: SWEAT -- STRENGTH -- SOUL. To unleash your biggest, baddest, most-inspired self, you need a little bit from each every week. Using Pilates paired with endless variety, they work your body head to toe from the inside out, offering group classes in REFORMER -- PILATES -- BARRE -- FLOW -- RIDE -- JUMP. Get started with a free 20-min private consult called Find Your Formula, hosted by their Boss Babe Tessa. How to prepare

Start with creating an account and signing the liability waiver: For Reformer and Ride newbies, hop into the free orientations to familiarize yourself with Pilates and the machines so that your workout will deliver the goods instead of causing confusion. Wear comfortable clothes for all classes and check the description for any specifics you might need for your feet (sneakers, bare feet, or sticky socks). Lastly, don't forget that water bottle, tell yourself you can do hard things, and let Maven STRONG handle the rest.

Maven STRONG is located at Suite 200 on the second level of the Maven District at 155 East 900 South in Salt Lake City, Utah. If you're looking to eat, sip, relax, learn, and shop, the building is also home to more than 25 small local businesses, including whose goods and services range from beauty salons to custom suit-makers, desserts, nutritionists, and more.

I assumed that this would be more yoga-esque in the sparkle room, but we actually did this on the reformer machines. While it was a little intimidating (I haven’t been on one of those machines in about a year), Maddy gave very straightforward directions that were easy to follow. Thank you!

What is ClassPass?

ClassPass is a new kind of gym membership that grants you access to thousands of different classes at studios and gyms in your city and around the world.

Price of membership depends on your plan type and city, and you can book and explore classes ranging from yoga to barre to cycling to martial arts – the options are truly endless!

The number of classes you can take and the number of times you can visit a studio per month depends on which plan you're on. You can figure out which plan you're on by going to your Account Settings and looking under 'Your current plan.' With hundreds of studios in our ever-growing network, you're bound to always find a new class to enjoy. When your cycle renews, you can go back and revisit those favorites yet again!
