About this studio

Chill’s incense-free modern meditation and no-need-to-get-naked massage make it a little easier for people to live less stressed, more mindful lives. Breath classes focus on the present moment which is great for improving clarity, awareness and calm. Insight classes sort through the noise in our heads, good for self-awareness and problem-solving. Rest classes calm late-night brain spin, which is fantastic for better sleep. All classes are appropriate for both first-time meditators and those with experience. Come in. Leave less stressed. It’s good for you.

How to prepare

Come as you are. Everything you need is already here, including cushions, mats and lockers with built-in cell phone chargers. Tea and water are complimentary to enjoy in their lounge. Please make sure you're in the studio before the session begins — unfortunately, they can't accommodate late arrivals.

How to get there

Chill is located directly across from the Merchandise Mart in River North; public transportation is available via the Merchandise Mart station; metered street parking is also available.

Usually love this place but too many people packed into a room - smelled like feet and B.O

Ugh, feet + bo = yuck. We had a very "green" staff member that was experimenting with cleansing detergents. Pretty sure we are back to our no-incense but very clean smelling studio. :-)

Great class! For first-timers Emily speaks relatively fast but you can easily follow the moves by looking at your classmates.

Thanks for your feedback. We always struggle with city noises + our neighbors recently did some remodeling. Hopefully next time you visit the room will provide a bit more quiet.

What is ClassPass?

ClassPass is a new kind of gym membership that grants you access to thousands of different classes at studios and gyms in your city and around the world.

The number of classes you can take and the number of times you can visit a studio per month depends on which plan you're on. You can figure out which plan you're on by going to your Account Settings and looking under 'Your current plan.' With hundreds of studios in our ever-growing network, you're bound to always find a new class to enjoy. When your cycle renews, you can go back and revisit those favorites yet again!
