Class is all about what you put into it because the instructor isnt 100% prepared, doesnt do a lot of motivating, and can be disjointed in instruction.... but it was a good workout if you gave it your all.

The class was good. It is a challenging workout and the instructor is was great. I will say the guy who checks you in at the front desk is pretty rude and unhelpful. Cycle shoes were not provided.

This class was tough! Definitely sweat a good amount in class and can already tell Ill be sore tomorrow.

What is ClassPass?
