This class depends upon the teacher. Some are more fitness and cardio based, others are more technical. Be clear about what you want up front.

Libb was great. Super sweet and kept track of me. I feel like the description leaves a lot to the imagination. She had us do cardio intervals ie box jumps, kettle bell squats ext. She kicked my bum but in a good way.

What is ClassPass?
