see all reviewsI really enjoyed this! It was a bit bourgeois of a clientele and the whole gym felt like “not your average” gym. The red room concept is super dope and gets you in the mood. They have a smoothie bar, spa quality lotions and a pretty cool bathroom. And for someone like me who is a bit fearful of the treadmill, this gym will definitely help you conquer that fear! As a first timer, I wish that the floor exercises were demonstrated, but the other members knew exactly what to do so I just followed. Other than that, they give first timers a great welcome and a cute welcome surprise, which I loved!!! Great workout! Will return!

see all reviewsThis is a very specific type of workout, but you’re going to feel it nonetheless. It’s not called solid core for no reason, my belly feels crazy right now and I’m sure I’ll be sore tomorrow. What I loved about the class was the slow movements that truly allowed you to focus on target muscle groups. This slow paced movements also allowed time to readjust and to ensure your positioning is right. What I didn’t like was the quick movements that happens in between position changes. You will be told to move all around your machine and the girl next to me was moving so fast that it gave me whiplash. Idk, maybe it’s because I’m new, but the slow pace is the highlight of this workout, so to couple it with rapid speed transitioning, it was hard to keep up. But that’s where the instructor came in. Absolutely awesome instructor. Knew everyone, including myself, by name. Walked around making sure everyone was in the right form and was encouraging and high energy the entire time! She made me feel very comfortable and I will be back because of her!

It was a little chaotic at first, but you end up just following what the other “campers” are doing. You definitely need to keep up, because everything is timed. You can’t really go at your own pace. CP does not advertise which type of burn camp you’re signing up for (cardio, strengthening, etc.) So I highly suggest giving them a call or checking their IG prior to booking. Overall, good workout. Get ready to push yourself!
