The spin series has certain target “zones” that switch back and forth. The strength portion has no breaks, and there wasn’t much emphasis on form or taking it slow. The front desk worker greeted me with a smile and helped explain the workout since I was a first timer. Chelsea took my into the studio just before class started to go over everything and answer any questions ahead of time. I really appreciated that help ahead of class. After class I used the locker room to shower & get ready for work. Super clean and had everything I needed in the morning. As I was leaving, I stopped at the fuel bar to grab a protein shake which was delish! This truly could not have been a better experience all around & such a kicka$$ workout! Wish I lived closer and could stop in all the time!
