About this studio

At ChaiseFitness, they reinvent your workout regime. They blend Pilates, ballet, and strength training with their chair and overhead bungees. The patented fusion of workouts targets all your muscles so that you feel stronger and healthier after every class. With over 9 class types to choose from you can workout your body in a variety of different ways. The fusion of workouts that make up the Reinvention Method will put all of your muscles to work. As a member of the ChaiseFitness community, you will always be challenged to build your strong self. Your flexibility and stability will also improve while you blast some serious calories. All new students must arrive 15 minutes early to get oriented to the chair. You will be turned away from class if you do not arrive on time.

How to prepare

Wear sneakers and workout attire! All new students must arrive 15 minutes early to get oriented to the chair. **You will be turned away from class if you do not arrive on time.** If it is your first chair class you must also arrive 15 minutes early. If you are a new client or new to the chair you will be turned away if you do not arrive on time or get an equipment introduction. If you are a returning client you will be turned away if you are more than 5 min late for class.

The only thing I am disappointed about is that I cannot give Piera 10 stars. This was my first time doing this kind of class, and Piera gave me individual attention as soon as I arrived. She ran me through technique, posture and how to use the seat contraption thingy. At no point did I feel uncomfortable or silly or like I didn’t belong there. I worked muscles that I am POSITIVE I have never used in my entire life. I could feel my abs still burning while I was sitting on the subway home. I honestly can’t wait to have another class - HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!

Piera was great- gave corrections and super upbeat. Class overall was not too challenging. Only 2 cardio intervals (description says 3). Abs were too easy but good arms! Relaxing class

Piera is incredible, best class on classpass! The class is challenging, but doable, and Piera is very supportive and attentive to where you are / your needs. Always have a blast in this class!

What is ClassPass?
