Michelle focuses on breathing technique, form and deliberate movements as it should be for a Pilates class. Slow and steady pacing with good cues from Michelle. I like how she tells the class which muscles you’re working on for each movement so that you’re mindful of activating the correct muscles. Grateful that Michelle also works in recovery stretches in between sets. EXTRA BONUS: Michelle’s chill lounge playlist.

I’m around 173cm for reference and the carriage was to small at the normal setting which happens with 50% or more of all reformers in studios but they normally can be adjusted for talk bodies. Zycle’s can’t be but the instructor helped with notifications for me on leg series which was good. Was a great class overall and the instructor was probably the most classical trained of the Pilates classes I’ve take at zycle so far.
