This class was fast paced and fun. I would do it again. The only weird thing about the gym is that there is not a waiting room area, so people from the next class huddle together until the current class is over. Also, the classes seem to run right up until the hour and over a bit, which makes for an awkward scrambling transition between classes. These arent dealbreakers, so I still gave them a 5.
Piyo
If you have any background in yoga, pilates, barre, etc. you will be disappointed in this class. There is absolutely no flow to it. They start and stop the music between each segment while the instructor talks to death what is going to happen next. The idea is that she is explaining the correct form, but you can have a focus on form by cuing while the class is moving. I didn't even break a sweat.

Pretty good. Wish there were more abs and butt and less squats, but great playlist!
Insanity
This class was a great workout! My only complaint is that the studio was a little chilly, but about ten minutes into the workout I was still sweating like crazy! Awesome instructor too!
Kettlebells
Definitely only as hard as you make it, probably should have picked up heavier weights myself. The class goes by fast so make the most of the 40seconds for each exercise... youll only get two rounds in. Cardio circuit was a good way to end the class.
Hip Hop
It was a super fun class and I didnt expect it to be such a workout so that was nice. The class had a pretty good turn out which also made it a lot of fun!
