I think I left a part of my soul in the BX room tonight. One of those initial ‘oh, it doesn’t look too bad’ profiles that ends up almost killing you. 8 mins at each station, max reps of move A, with move B done at each 2 min mark. This essentially then became an EMOM at the 2 min mark bc you’re desperately trying to hit the move B goal to then jump back into max reps of move A before the next move B interval starts. My only issue is that, besides the run, row + bike, the other moves at each station were way too similar (Curtis P’s, burpee jump to plate, med ball toss, full man makers, goblet squat into curtsy lunges). Everything was either squat or lunge based + insanely shoulder heavy. But, this one got the heart rate fully spiked, the sweat dripping, challenged endurance levels + had me cursing the creator.

How to prepare

All levels are welcome. Bring your sneakers, water, passion and excitement for fitness and they will do the rest! BRICK does provide towels for the showers. Please bring your own lock for lockers if desired as the lockers do not have locks built into them!

What is ClassPass?
