How to prepare

Skip Shoes: Pilates is usually done barefoot, so no fancy footwear is needed. If you prefer to wear socks, buy a pair with grippy bottoms so your feet don't slip on the equipment. Think Form-Fitting, Not Baggy: Choose workout clothing that's stretchy but not baggy.

Description of the class said Pilates & Strength Training but it was only cardio/ weight training class. Class was good but I didn't enjoy it since I could not do cardio due to recent Lasik Surgery. It was a total waste of a class for me.
