Hot HIIT with Emily
Intense class but def a great workout. Instructor was very clear with directions and what to do / not what to do. Wish there was more hands on form correction.
Hot Bikram 90 with Charly
Not a class for beginning yogis
Hot HIIT with Charly
This studio smelled really bad. If it weren’t for the heat I don’t think it’d be a very intense work out.
Hot Bikram 90 with Sandra
Amazing class!
Hot bodē Flow with Susan
This class is advertised as “a vigorous class, combining upper body strength, flexibility and cardio.” This class was basically a Bikram class with NO CARDIO. Every time I try this specific studio, the room gets way too hot to be considered a “hot” yoga class. And the floor is heated so it’s like being cooked alive. In addition I told Susan about an injury in the beginning of class, which she proceeded to ignore, physically trying to jerk me into poses that hurt. Not only that but at least a third of the class was just her loudly chatting with a student. I’m done giving this location the benefit of the doubt. Other bodēs are great. Beware of this location.
Hot HIIT with Scott
Really great workout. The heat isn’t that bad; you’ll definitely be sweating a ton! I will definitely go back. I love how clean the facility is and the showers are great!
Hot HIIT with Scott
Love Scott’s class. He’s great!
Hot Bikram 90 - Doors Lock 5 Min Before with Debbie
Class was good, just wish people didn’t converse in the room prior to class. It was loud enough since there were several conversations going on, I usually meditate prior to class. I guess different places have different cultures, I’m from DC and the hot room has always been a quiet space
Hot HIIT with Aura
Great class, great instructor!
Hot bodē Flow with Summer
Instructor was tripping up
