About this studio

Blu Fitness is a boutique style gym that offers personal training as well as group fitness classes. Our classes will challenge not only your body but your mind. The instructors will push you to your limits using a mixture of cardio, body weight exercises and weightlifting. Our morning and evening BLU Bootcamp are a great way to start and end your day , Abs and Ass class is a 30 minute lower body workout that will have your abs and ass thanking you. Our yoga class will help restore peace to your mind and body! War and Peace combines our Blu Bootcamp and Yoga into a one hour class that will challenge your body and relax your mind. How to prepare

Blu Fitness has everything you need to get a great workout! We offer towel service and filtered water, just bring your favorite water bottle with you. We ask that you arrive at least 5-10 minutes early so that you can fill out our waiver.

How to get there

Blu Fitness is located at 1711 St Emanuel St between Jefferson St and Pease St. Parking is available onsite.

Tula was awesome, the workout was good. The facility is not super clean but it’s fine. The 5:30AM class was a little low energy but it was great if you want a really laid back workout that still burns quite a few calories/ builds muscle.

What is ClassPass?
