Thank you for your interest in Bikram Yoga Rye Brook. BYRB offers Bikram Yoga, Hot HIIT Pilates, and Yin Yoga. They love first timers and will do their very best to make your experience a great one. All levels, shapes, sizes, flexibilities are welcome to all classes. The studio is thrilled to introduce you to their exceptional team of teachers who bring an unwavering level of commitment, passion, and joy to every class. Bikram Yoga Rye Brook encourages you to visit and experience their brand new, light-filled studio first hand. This special and inviting space features a state of the art filtered heating and ventilation system, innovative wireless amplification, and squeaky clean flooring. Enjoy some deep breathing with an abundance of fresh oxygen and healthy heat, allowing you to clear your mind and hone your body.

How to prepare

Please bring a yoga mat, a beach size towel, and a water bottle to class. However if you forget or do not have those items, they are all available to rent or purchase at the studio. On your first day please aorrive 15-20 minutes early to class. The staff will get you signed up, show you around, and give you any guidance you might need for your class. Wear lightweight, form fitting clothes. Women typically wear shorts, a sports bra and/or tank top. Men usually wear shorts and a tank top or go shirtless.

Bikram Yoga Rye Brook is located at 200 S Ridge Street in Rye, NY. The studio is behind the CVS in the Rye Ridge Shopping Center's upper lot. The parking is free and plentiful.

When I signed up a different teacher was listed as teaching the class. Marks classes are okay, just don’t love the sequencing of his classes. Counter postures are so important in yin classes!
