About this studio

Beyond Movement, a boutique studio situated in Jalan Bangkung, Bangsar, is a place where people can improve their movement; to be able to move freely, more efficiently, and more gracefully etc. Beyond Movement, like the name suggests, is not restricted to just a "workout." They wish to share their passion on movement through more efficient strategy and proper biomechanical knowledge that affects the fascia system. This helps to improve long term health and wellness. Check out their Pilates, Gyrokinesis® and Gyrotonic® classes and see which one makes the most sense for you! They offer private, duet and small group classes. They also host Polestar Teacher Training courses - Mat and Reformer qualifications. Please note that all their classes are 55 minutes.

How to prepare

Please wear comfortable active wear and please remember to bring socks (preferably socks with grip). It's a must to wear socks for hygiene and safety purpose. Do try to arrive 10 minutes before class starts and Enjoy! Please note that all our classes are 55 minutes.

How to get there

The Beyond Movement Studio is located at 67-2 Jalan Bangkung in Kuala Lumpur. We are located just above Opus Restaurant.

The instructor explains each posture in detail. She took the time to look into every member of the class. Assessed the overall level of the class and adjusted the posses accordingly. I enjoyed this session very much

Note that although the class description says "equipment", it does not necessary mean a reformer class - it's up to the instructor. Class was ok, instructor could have been a bit clearer in her instructions

Loved it! My first time using equipments and the small class size was great because Chloe could focus her time on each person. Although she was rushing a little, I enjoyed the class nonetheless! Would definitely be back again.

What is ClassPass?
