How to prepare
• Wearing comfortable, breathable clothing are recommended. • Earth-friendly JADE mats are provided. • Dance class: Please bring active shoes. • Sweat towels and refillable water bottle station are provided. • Shower, towel, and refreshing shampoo + shower gel are provided. • Please arrive a good 15 mins before class time to settle in, get centered, and experience the sense of retreat.
