Be Urban Fitness is unique in their aims and philosophy. They seek to provide an oasis of holistic health, amidst the busy city of Kuala Lumpur. Absolutely loved Tessie! Such a good class
Open Gym
I love going to the open gym! It has decent facility and it’s not crowded. No need to fight with people, the toilet and shower is the best part. Nice gym for you to do your own activity without being stuck in crowd.
Great workout!
Pilates with Mini Ball
Instructor was great and the class was enjoyable, but this gym needs to up their game. There was nothing set up for the class - we had to search for yoga mats (which were located on a different floor in an obscure corner). This should have been set up beforehand. Receptionist could be more helpful.
Classical Yoga
Basic level yoga that allows you to learn the fundamentals of breath work and mindful movement. Tissie is well articulated and provides clear instructions. You won’t work up much of a sweat but you will reconnect with your inner self and observe your body sensations.

Powerlifting Strength
They changed the class to some muscle toning class and instructor was Kevin. Wasn't what i expected but still had a good workout
Krav Maga
Very interesting class! Clear instructions and demonstration given by the instructor makes the actions easier to follow. We had lotsa fun throughout too!

What is ClassPass?

ClassPass is a new kind of gym membership that grants you access to thousands of different classes at studios and gyms in your city and around the world.

Price of membership depends on your plan type and city, and you can book and explore classes ranging from yoga to barre to cycling to martial arts – the options are truly endless!

The number of classes you can take and the number of times you can visit a studio per month depends on which plan you're on. You can figure out which plan you're on by going to your Account Settings and looking under 'Your current plan.' With hundreds of studios in our ever-growing network, you're bound to always find a new class to enjoy. When your cycle renews, you can go back and revisit those favorites yet again!
