About this studio

Axis Pilates is Denver's premier studio for Core & Cardio! Our studio conveniently offers 35+ classes a week of Pilates Reformer, Indoor Cycling and Suspension Training. If you are looking to rehab an injury, wanting to achieve an athletic edge or are new to Pilates, we also offer one-on-one training. Ask about our Intro package.

How to prepare

Please come 10 minutes early to settle in, see the studio and meet the instructors. Make sure you have athletic or clip-in shoes for cycling and Pilates apparel for the Pilates classes (bare feet or sticky socks)

How to get there

We are located on the corner of E. 6th Ave and Downing and are across the street from the historic Esquire Theater. Street parking is ample & free.

Cardio Pilates with Melissa
Love the added cardio in this class while sticking to basic Pilates as well. Melissa is great about getting you to make those tiny form corrections that make all the difference to maximize your workout.

The ceiling is low in the cycling area, but overall I enjoyed the class and the Pilates room was really nice!

This class was awesome. Steve is a great instructor and he had a fun playlist of 80s and 90s rock. The studio is small and toasty roasty so be prepared to sweat.

This class started with the cycle portion for 25 min. The instructor was very chatty through class and as a result never cued for form. Next up was the reformer but unfortunately the instructor didn't realize there was another class on the reformers so we ended up doing mat Pilates. All around it felt poorly planned and taught.

I really enjoyed the combo of cycling and trx, and it was a good workout (sweaty with heart rate up), but the instructor was very low energy and not motivating.
