About this studio

Goodbye boring workouts. Fun, effective circus-inspired fitness classes for everybody. They offer Aerial Silks, Aerial Sling, Aerial Yoga, Lyra Hoop and pole fitness classes. -Look forward to each and every unique and exciting workout. Never the same twice. -Hours go by faster in the air. ;) -Tighten and tone to a lean physique. Aerial fitness classes sculpt long, lean dancer's muscles. -True beginners welcome! Safety is our #1 priority. -It is naturally low impact, flexibility enhancing and strength building, making it great for those avid runners and cardio. -Gorgeous, brand-new studio with the newest and safest equipment.

How to prepare

For pole classes, shorts are highly recommended. For aerial classes, leggings or capri pants are recommended to prevent apparatus burns.

How to get there

New Location! 1 block North of Preston & Main off Preston Trace Blvd. Our building is on the south side of the street.

Amy is an amazing teacher!! This particular class is not for beginners, but Altitude has plenty of other classes that are great for all levels. I highly recommend this pole and aerial studio.

What is ClassPass?

ClassPass is a new kind of gym membership that grants you access to thousands of different classes at studios and gyms in your city and around the world.

Price of membership depends on your plan type and city, and you can book and explore classes ranging from yoga to barre to cycling to martial arts – the options are truly endless!

The number of classes you can take and the number of times you can visit a studio per month depends on which plan you're on. You can figure out which plan you're on by going to your Account Settings and looking under 'Your current plan.' With hundreds of studios in our ever-growing network, you're bound to always find a new class to enjoy. When your cycle renews, you can go back and revisit those favorites yet again!
