Great class for beginners! Challenging, but attainable. The instructor offered a great combination of demonstration and moving around the room to spot or help individual classmates. Encouraging and fun! I will definitely be back.

Definitely out of my comfort zone, but the instructor was patient and guided me through each movement. I definitely felt good about myself at the end. I would go back just so I can see how much further I could push myself now that the initial fear is out of the way.

How to prepare

For pole classes, shorts are highly recommended. For aerial classes, leggings or capri pants are recommended to prevent apparatus burns. Please leave all jewelry at home.

What is ClassPass?
