ALIGN Fitness + Barre is a barre studio offering an extremely effective and engaging workout suitable for all body types and fitness levels. Their classes are designed to work the whole body, incorporating the ballet barre, your own body weight, light hand weights, bands and exercise balls to tone, sculpt and shape your body. They are highly focused on alignment to keep your body safe and your workout effective. Instructors provide hands on adjustments and modifications to suit your personal needs. Need childcare? They have it, 5 days a week, so you can get your workout in while your kiddos mingle and play! Drop in is $5 for first child and $2 for each additional child! All childcare spots are first-come, first-served, so please sign up on their website to reserve your spot.
