It was such a great class and I haven't been to soul cycle in a while because I didn't think it was a hard enough work out - but let me tell you, Jason absolutely changed my mind about that!! He has a keen ability to bring the class his students back to the breath, to drop inside, and to be present. His sequences are also challenging so you get a good physical workout along with the mental workout, and he always flows to a great playlist which makes the fly by like a dance. I always leave refreshed and ready to take on the world after Donny's class!

The variation and variety is awesome! Justine is the reason I come to this place and tell everyone about it! All the girls are great and I’ve taken class from 4 different instructors outside of Justine, but she makes it for me! In addition, I found it discouraging that the instructor got off during both crack jogs which were arguably the hardest songs of class. All in all she was a really sweet instructor!

It was my first class and I was kind of intimidated at first but she was super welcoming, explained everything and gave clear reminders throughout class. The workout was challenging for sure but there were plenty of places to modify to make it easier or harder. The format of the class helped the time pass by so quick, I never got bored and was able to give each exercise my all since they were done in short intervals. Will be coming back for sure.

There were multiple empty reformers too. We’ve been going to bodyrok classes multiple times a week for years, but wanting 10+ credits is ridiculous. Both here and at bankers hill have always been around 7-8 credits, so this steep increase to 10+ credits is frustrating.

It's usually not too busy (though I go in the afternoon, not sure what it looks like at 5:30 on a weekday), the staff and Bryan the manager are super friendly and inviting.
