see all reviewsThis class was a phenomenal workout. Cored was certainly the focus and I felt completely worked out by the end. I also loved Josh’s commentary and motivation. My only feedback would be to have demos before the moves, a lot of the time they were just called out and when I am sweating and out of breath, it can be hard to comprehend the moves verbal queue alone. Overall, really enjoyed this split and will be back for more core!

It was great to be able to customize which weights we wanted to use for each exercise. Eddie was very encouraging, knowledgeable, and gave clear instructions and tips! The gym was a good size for the amount of people attending, very clean and organized. The gym manager was also very welcoming.

They also have showers there for free which is great for if you like to workout before work. ( I brought my own towel but I think they have some there for a fee). Only a couple parking spaces so you’ll probably have to park on the street.

Kelsey’s cues were perfection—even with multi-step sequences her instructions were easy to follow (although not easy to perform). The class was a good challenge to get my weekend started, and I’d love to visit again when I’m next in town. The studio is gorgeous and well-cleaned—everything in place. I also want to mention I could tell they take care to keep the mats clean—something not all studios are able to achieve. From Kelsey’s welcoming attitude and all the way to the cool down, this class was a 10. Thank you!

Sometimes when I lose balance I get frustrated with myself but she put an emphasis on appreciating yourself for all that you’re doing. Frequently I take holding poses and stretching as far as I can too seriously and her words really helped me to just calm down, stop racing with myself and enjoy the class.
