About this studio

212 Pilates uses a personalized approach to create custom programming for each individual client. 212 Pilates addresses the body as it appears in the current moment by utilizing biomechanics, anatomy and body analysis to create the perfect session for the client’s specific needs. The practitioners are results-driven and safely guide clients through exercises to strengthen and sculpt the body. Classes cap at 3-4 students so you get personal attention and a unique class that focuses on the needs of the group, not just pre-set choreography!

How to prepare

Please wear comfortable exercise clothes. Wearing slightly form-fitting clothing is advised so that the instructor may provide alignment cues and corrections. Please come on in, take your shoes off and make yourself comfortable and relax until your instructor comes to greet you.

Went for the second time, and the class was even better! Only two people in this class (I think they cap at 6), so we got tons of personal attention which was incredible. I’m usually a HIIT person, and I hate yoga, and this experience was really challenging and fun!

The studio and equipment are clean, modern & lovely, however the arrangement of the reformers actually made the whole experience awkward and difficult. The instructor was kind and clearly experienced, and while she worked with correcting everyone, I felt like this was much more suited to someone more advanced. I felt lost with specific moves and muscles mentioned. When we’d do a series of multiple moves on one side, then flip to the other side, we weren’t reminded what we were supposed to be doing and I felt like I was winging it. The owner was wonderful in answering questions when I previously spoke to her, and I wanted to love this place, but unfortunately I left a bit disappointed.

What is ClassPass?
