Christine was awesome! Changed up the usual order of the class just slightly to make an impactful and fun switch up. Really leveled up some of the cardio aspects to make for a challenging but accessible class.

The instructor was so good, in my opinion. I love her instructions. I love the comfortability. I love how she wants you to make funny noise to just breath. I feel like that's needed because sometimes one need to just learn how to let go of all the tensions and making those deep noises and breathing out hard can be simply what's needed with such deep stretches and all. I love it.

This is such a wonderful hour!! It's so well rounded, challenging & supportive. I always laugh. Sometimes I almost cry (a good thing). I can feel the care and intention that is put into this class every time I've attended. My practice deepens each time I'm here, and I'm really grateful for it. I'll add that this class was suuuper tough for me when I was just beginning a few months ago, because it can be very quickly paced at times with sometimes no visual demonstration of the asanas. <3 !

Class was good, really liked the sequence and flow but would prefer everything to be guided instead of the 3rd sequence to be done on our own, especially since the instructor doesn’t demonstrate the movements. Could be hard to follow and music is turned up incredibly loud for 3rd sequence which seems a bit agressive? The room could also be heated more. Overall would still recommend, good energy and flow

    Candlelit Power Vinyasa

This class was everything. Candlelit Power Vinyasa with Geraldine is the perfect balance of strength, soul, and flow. From the moment you step into the cozy, candle-lit studio, the energy is just magnetic. Geraldine brings such a beautiful presence—warm, playful, and grounded in wisdom. The sequence was innovative and fun, pushing me in the best way while keeping things fluid and accessible. I loved how thoughtfully each movement built on the next—nothing felt random or rushed. Her guidance throughout was crystal clear, encouraging, and sprinkled with just the right amount of challenge and inspiration. And let’s talk about that playlist—🔥🔥🔥. It carried the flow like a heartbeat, lifting the room and syncing perfectly with every transition. It honestly made the class feel like a moving meditation and a dance party for the soul. This was more than just a yoga class—it was an experience. A powerful, well-rounded journey that left me feeling energized, open, and deeply connected. Can’t wait to come back. Thank you, Geraldine!

    Yin & Sound

First timer, the studio space is very serene I really enjoyed that. I would say it’s really important to be on time for this location because there is no dedicated reception. Somebody was late and rang the bell a ton after class started and it took a few minutes before the instructor could let them up. By then the person had gone. The inclusion of the mats and props was great. The class itself was ok but I can definitely see myself trying out other classes.

It was my first class back in a while and the pace was absolutely perfect for someone who has a background in dance/beginner yoga. The teacher played happy uptempo music which was such a lovely switch up- but it wasn’t distracting from the practice. It was warm, but I didn’t feel like I was suffocating- overall 20/10 could not recommend enough for something to get you moving and refreshed, but not exhausted.

I’ve been going to brii’s class for a year now and they’re a staple in my yoga routine! definitely a more challenging class but it has helped me improve drastically as a yogi. She has a keen way of sensing when you are able to give a little more and pushes you to be your best. Always fun dance like sequences, and new variations/poses incorporated every week. I recommend this class to everyone who wants to grow in their practice!

    Beginner Ballet for Adults

Mackenzie and her class were truly such a joy. I have no experience with ballet or dance in general and found this class and took it off of a whim. She was incredible at balancing my skill level with those of the rest of the class, keeping the pace set where both I could learn and the others would not feel like it was too basic. There was so much intention behind everything she does while she teaches. Her instruction along with her comforting and approachable demeanor help made learning extremely easy. I would absolutely recommend this class to anyone considering learning something new or brushing up on ballet that wants to have fun. I came in unsure what to expect, and left realizing how much fun I had.

The class was nice. I liked the yoga studio. The showers felt kind of creepy. There’s no way to lock the door or see under the stall to check if someone is in there. Also the dividers between the stalls are see thru glass. It’s like open shower vibes but they spent money putting up the glass for like no privacy benefit.

Heather was amazing and attentive and I learned a lot - have never seen or heard of a Cadillac before and got to experience the full thing. Confused about the comments because the space was lovely, clean, etc but there is an open air patio and given warm weather there were a few flies but I didn’t mind.
