see all reviewsWade is a great instructor and I love taking his classes. He gives you personalized attention no matter how large the class is. He pushes you to go harder while improving on your technique. I’ve taken dozens of kickboxing classes and he’s absolutely my favorite instructor by far! I recommend him for all levels. From beginners to intermediate levels looking to advance or even the more experienced participants, his classes will definitely be beneficial. The studio has the usual set up. The bags hang from the ceiling instead of on the ground which I prefer.

see all reviewsAmazing class and vibes at this studio. everyone was so friendly, from the instructors to the regulars who take the class. The studio itself is also gorgeous. The class started outside on the lovely rooftop deck and then we made our way inside to the big dance room - this room is seriously HUGE. The whole studio is deceptively enormous and full of natural light. The class itself was intense! I am writing this two days later with my legs feeling like they got hit by a car in a good way. We did a whole circuit of bodyweight exercises, and the instructors pushed us to do more reps than I could ever force myself to do on my own, so I definitely felt coached and pushed to the limit, which was great. Some of the regulars were even trying to convince me to join the gym directly after the class, singing its praises. Definitely will come back to try more classes!

see all reviewsThe instructor knows her STUFF. I’ve been to a fair few Pilates classes in and around NYC and this is the first time I’ve felt like I’m not struggling for my life during a class lol and I actually left feel STRONG ( rather than physically impaired haha) and also with a better foundation of reformer. A safe space for alllll levels. I will - definitely- be back!!!!
